  1. Advertising Agency is entitled for 15% agency commission.
  2. For Fixed time extra 25% will be charged.
  3. For all foreign products 100% more tariffs will be charged.
  4. Kanchanjungha FM reserves the right to change rates and conditions without prior notice.
  1. Commercials recorded outside KFM shall be accepted by KFM subject to quality test before acceptance.
  2. Payment has to be done according to the agreement.
  3. Advertisements must be submitted before 24 hours of transmission time.
  4. Kanchanjungha FM reserves the right to reject, refuse of discontinues any agreement for reasons satisfactory to itself, or remove without notice, material it considers not in the public interest.
  5. Cancellation of  spots  require an advance notice of one week.
  6. 13% VAT shall be applicable on all rates.
